Our Five-Step Training Process
Initial Consultation
Contact us to discuss your needs. Our personnel will work with you to develop and understand your specific training interests.
Outline Development
We will develop a suggested topical outline for your training requirements, which will be sent to you for review and editing as you see fit.
Trainer Assignment
When you return the edited outline, the trainer assigned to your project will review it and contact you with whatever questions or clarifications may be required.
Detailed Proposal
When the final topical outline is agreed on, we will prepare a detailed proposal including the topical outline, number of students, text materials requirements, audio/visual equipment needed, and pricing.
Implementation
Once the program is in place, our trainer will work with you to identify the date and location of the class, arrange for shipment of materials, and perform any additional material development that may be required.
