Build & Deploy
From empty space to operational environment, executed to exacting standards.
The challenge
Infrastructure deployment is where plans meet reality, and where the gap between design intent and field execution creates lasting problems. A cable tray installed six inches off specification blocks future expansion. A power circuit terminated without proper torque fails under load.
The pressure to move fast compounds these risks. Business timelines do not account for the careful, methodical work that mission-critical infrastructure requires, and the consequences surface months or years later.
AI and GPU infrastructure raises the stakes further: power densities that overwhelm conventional designs, cooling that demands liquid distribution where none existed, equipment weights that stress floor loading. Getting it right requires experience that cannot be accelerated. Our installation teams average over 25 years in telecom central offices, enterprise data centers and high-density colocation facilities.
How we work
We approach every deployment as a mission-critical operation. Execution follows detailed Methods of Procedure developed during the design phase. Every step is documented. Every deviation is flagged and resolved before proceeding.
We self-perform across all trades because quality control matters more than cost optimization. Our Austin AI infrastructure project, 10 MW, 400 racks and 16 weeks, was delivered with zero safety incidents and zero callbacks. That outcome is not luck. It is process.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What certifications do your installation teams hold?
BICSI ICT credentials (RCDD and DCDC) for structured cabling and data center design, Fluke Certified Cable Testing for copper and fiber, NAVSEA MIL-STD-2042 / 2052 for shipboard cabling and comms, manufacturer certifications for specific equipment lines and OSHA safety credentials. For telecommunications work we maintain TELCORDIA GR-1275 and GR-1502 compliance.
How do you handle aggressive timelines?
Aggressive timelines require upfront investment in planning, not shortcuts during execution. When timelines genuinely cannot flex, we add resources rather than compress quality steps. Austin delivered 10 MW in 16 weeks through parallel workstreams.
Do you work within existing change management processes?
Yes. We work within your maintenance windows, follow your approval workflows and coordinate with your operations teams, from informal processes to rigorous ITIL frameworks.
What is your safety record?
Safety is foundational. Daily briefings, hazard assessments and stop-work authority for any team member. Austin, a complex fast-tracked deployment, completed with zero safety incidents. We track leading indicators, not just lagging ones.
Do you handle equipment procurement?
Either way. For turnkey engagements we handle procurement, logistics and staging. For clients who prefer their own procurement, we provide detailed bills of material and coordinate receiving and staging.
