Industries We Serve

The same lifecycle methodology. Adapted for your industry’s specific requirements

Infrastructure challenges share common patterns across industries—but the context matters. Regulatory
requirements differ. Risk tolerances vary. Operational constraints shape what’s possible. Our lifecycle
methodology provides a consistent foundation, while our experience across sectors ensures we understand
your specific environment.

We’ve deployed AI infrastructure for gaming companies under commission oversight, built fiber networks for
underserved communities under federal grant deadlines, migrated utility data architectures under PUC
scrutiny, and decommissioned enterprise facilities across multiple countries. The technical work is similar.
The context that shapes how we execute it is not.

Data Centers

From single-cabinet deployments to 10MW+ AI infrastructure
buildouts, we understand the pressure of maintaining uptime
while executing complex projects. We work within your change management processes, coordinate with your facility teams,
and deliver documentation that supports both
operations and compliance.

Data Center Capabilities:

  • Colocation fit-ups and build-outs
  • Hyperscale and enterprise data center construction
  • AI/GPU infrastructure with liquid cooling and 40kW+ density
  • Data center migrations and consolidations
  • Certified decommissioning with asset recovery

Telecommunications

Telecommunications infrastructure operates
under constraints other industries don’t face:
regulatory requirements, service level
agreements with teeth, and the accumulated
complexity of decades of technology transitions.
TELCORDIA GR-1275 and GR-1502 compliance
isn’t something we achieve for telecom projects—it’s our
baseline across all work.

Telecommunications Capabilities:

  • Central office upgrades and modernization
  • Edge facility deployment
  • Fiber network construction (OSP and ISP)
  • Carrier hotel infrastructure
  • Telecom facility decommissioning

Enterprise

Enterprise infrastructure presents unique
challenges: distributed locations with varying standards,
legacy systems that can’t be disrupted, internal stakeholders
with competing priorities, and IT teams already stretched
beyond capacity. Our enterprise engagements succeed
because we integrate with your organization rather than
imposing external processes.

Enterprise Capabilities:

  • Corporate data center services
  • Campus infrastructure deployment
  • Distributed location support
  • Technology refresh programs
  • Cloud migration and hybrid infrastructure
  • Multi-site decommissioning

Frequently asked Questions

How do you adapt your approach for different industries?

The lifecycle methodology is consistent—assess, build, operate, protect, migrate, retire—but execution adapts to industry context. Data center work emphasizes uptime and change management. Telecom projects operate under carrier-grade standards and regulatory oversight. Enterprise engagements require integration with existing organizational processes. We bring experience across sectors, which means we understand your constraints without needing extensive education.

Do you have experience with regulated industries?

Yes. We’ve worked in environments governed by gaming commissions, public utility commissions, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and various federal requirements. Regulatory compliance isn’t an add-on—it’s built into how we plan and document work. Our destruction certifications, chain-of-custody protocols, and documentation standards are designed to satisfy auditors, not just check boxes.

Do you work with government and public sector?

Yes, including projects involving federal grant compliance and municipal infrastructure. Our Blanchard fiber project was delivered under federal grant requirements with full compliance documentation. We understand the procurement, documentation, and reporting requirements that government work entails.

What industries do you NOT serve?

We focus on mission-critical infrastructure where reliability, safety, and compliance matter. We don’t pursue work where cost is the only consideration or where clients are unwilling to invest in doing things correctly. Our approach adds value when quality and risk management matter—which describes most infrastructure work, but not all of it.

Can you handle projects that span multiple industries?

Yes. Many clients operate across traditional industry boundaries—a utility company with enterprise IT needs, a telecom carrier building data center capacity, an enterprise deploying AI infrastructure. Our lifecycle approach works across these contexts, and our cross-sector experience means we’re not surprised by requirements that span traditional categories.

How do you handle industry-specific compliance requirements?

Compliance requirements are identified early in engagement planning and built into project execution—not addressed as an afterthought. We maintain familiarity with common frameworks (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOX, NERC CIP, various state regulations) and work with client compliance teams to ensure our work satisfies their specific requirements. Documentation is designed for audit, not just internal records.
